Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty – All Iconic Weapon Locations

Much like in the base game, the strongest tier of weapons is the orange, Iconic tier. Hawk

  • Location: Delivered to V’s Dogtown Apartment following the mission “Lucretia My Reflection”.

Hawk is a powerful long-range assault rifle which will cause enemies to slow and weaken when hit with a headshot. When hit with this weakening effect, enemies are unable to use any special abilities and will deal less damage. Hawk has +175% Headshot Damage and +25% Armor Penetration.

GRIS-GRIS

  • Weapon Type: Tech Revolver
  • Location: Obtain from Slider’s Hideout at Luxor High Wellness Spa.

GRIS-GRIS is a unique revolver that can fire at full-auto when it is charged. The pistol has decent damage and will work well even at long range, offering +150% Headshot Damage and +50% Armor Penetration. To access Slider’s Hideout, where the weapon can be found, players will need Slider’s Hideout Keycard, which can be found in the Voodoo Boys‘ Office during the gig “Treating Symptoms.”

Her Majesty

  • Weapon Type: Power Pistol
  • Location: Players will be given this weapon during the mission “Get It Together”.

This Bond-inspired silenced pistol can be acquired by simply following Phantom Liberty‘s main quests. It will be presented by Alex at The Moth nightclub. The weapon has an “Optical Camo” ability, which guarantees perfect headshots and critical hits whilst active. The pistol also comes with +150% Headshot Damage.

Rasetsu

Rasetsu is a powerful, advanced sniper rifle, ideal for taking on multiple enemies from long range. It has a special ability when charged, which allows rounds to bend their trajectory and travel through enemies to inflict damage upon several targets at once. Additionally, the rifle has a massive +300% Headshot Damage Multiplier and +50% Armor Penetration, with only a 1.5s cooldown for its special ability.

NDI Osprey

  • Weapon Type: Power Sniper Rifle
  • Location: Found in the armory of Alex’s Safehouse during the mission “Birds With Broken Wings.”

The NDI Osprey is a missable item which players will only be able to access from Alex’s Safehouse. By heading upstairs, players will notice a large green crate in the armory. Inside is the NDI Osprey, a powerful sniper rifle firing explosive rounds and increasing in damage with each successive kill. The rifle also has a unique ability to cause extra headshot damage when hip-firing, and a +200% Headshot Damage Multiplier. Stringing together successive kills will also cause the weapon to reload faster, and cause increased burn damage with its explosive ammunition.

Wild Dog

  • Weapon Type: Power Light Machine Gun
  • Location: Get this weapon by siding with Reed for the mission “Firestarter.”

Wild Dog is a very powerful LMG with an extremely high rate of fire. This weapon’s special ability increases its fire rate and Critical Hit chance with every successive hit on an enemy. Wild Dog will also deal huge melee damage up close when ammunition is empty. To obtain this weapon, as well as Bald Eagle and Fang, side with Reed for the story mission “Firestarter” to get the weapons after killing Kurt Hansen.

Bald Eagle

  • Weapon Type: Power Revolver
  • Location: Obtained by siding with Reed and killing Kurt Hansen.

Bald Eagle is a powerful revolver with a special ability that works in tandem with the knife “Fang.” When the knife is thrown into an enemy’s leg, shooting that same leg with Bald Eagle will shatter the leg and return the knife to the player. Additionally, Bald Eagle fires explosive rounds and has +250% Headshot Damage with +75% Armor Penetration.

Fang

  • Weapon Type: Knife
  • Location: Found on Kurt Hansen’s body for players who side with Reed in the story’s conclusion.

Fang is an excellent knife, equally useful for both throwing and slashing from up close. Like Bald Eagle and Wild Dog, this weapon is acquired by defeating Col. Hansen during “Firestarter.” As well as the dual-ability with Bald Eagle, Fang will cripple and immobilize enemies when thrown, or deliver attacks of increasing damage when used from melee range.

Murphy’s Law

  • Weapon Type: One-Handed Club
  • Location: Obtain this item by siding with Songbird for Phantom Liberty’s Conclusion.

This is another strong melee weapon that can be easy for players to miss. Hits against downed enemies will increase attack speed, and Strong Attacks deal more damage than usual. The club has bonuses of +50% Armor Penetration, +20% Bleed Chance, +20% Stun Chance and +20% Shock Chance, almost guaranteeing some form of additional damage with every swing.

Pariah

  • Weapon Type: Tech Pistol
  • Location: Obtain this item by siding with Songbird for Phantom Liberty’s Conclusion.

Like Murphy’s Law, Pariah will only be accessible to players who choose to side with Songbird for Phantom Liberty‘s ending, and will be presented to the player by Reed. This silent pistol will have its charge and reload times reduced with each Headshot. It also possesses a 150% Headshot Damage Multiplier and +50% Armor Penetration.

Erebus

  • Location: Can be found by players who side with Reed during the mission “Somewhat Damaged/”

Named after the famous region of the Greek mythical Underworld, Erebus is an SMG charged with energy from beyond the Blackwall. The weapon has good overall stats, including a +100% Damage Multiplier and +25% Armor Penetration.

Side Gig Weapons

Cheetah

  • Weapon Type: Power Pistol
  • Location: Loot this weapon from Angie’s body if she is killed in the side gig “No Easy Way Out.”

This Tier 5 Power Pistol comes with two empty Mod Slots, allowing players to customize it to suit their chosen play style. Its base stats are still very strong, with +150% Headshot Damage, +50% Crit Chance, and +20% Bleed Chance. Chances for Crit and Bleed, as well as the overall damage percentage, will increase the closer the enemy target is. Hits to an enemy’s torso will also deal bonus damage.

Volkodav

Volkadov also has +25% Armor Penetration.

Ambition

  • Weapon Type: Tech Pistol
  • Location: Given to the player during the gig “Go Your Own Way.”

Ambition is a highly effective Tech Pistol with exceptional handling and fast reload speeds. Thanks to some specialist Zetotech upgrades, the weapon has a chance to blind enemies it hits, making them susceptible to bonus headshot damage when the effect is taking place. With a 0.5 second charge time for this blinding effect, coupled with a +150 Headshot Damage Multiplier, Ambition is an excellent firearm in tight situations.

Ogou

  • Weapon Type: Smart Pistol
  • Location: Looted from the Robot R Mk 2 Boss in the Voodoo Boys hideout during the side gig “Treating The Symptoms.”

Ogou is a brutal Smart Pistol with explosive rounds and a high chance of dismemberment. Each dismemberment will also increase Critical Hit chance. The pistol has a range of impressive stats, including +50% Headshot Damage, +50% Crit Damage, and +25% Armor Penetration.

Riskit

  • Weapon Type: Power Pistol
  • Location: Looted from Brie’s body if players let Dante kill her in the gig “Shot By Both Sides.”

Riskit is a handy sidearm with a special ability that increases the weapon’s handling and Crit Damage when the player is at low health. In addition, the base stats are good and offer +150% Headshot Damage and +25% Armor Penetration. The weapon can only be acquired if players let Dante shoot Brie during the stand-off.

Ol’ Reliable

  • Weapon Type: Power Revolver
  • Location: Looted from Dante’s body if players kill him during the gig “Shot By Both Sides.”

Ol’ Reliable is another powerful weapon that can be acquired during “Shot By Both Sides.” Players can either intercept Dante before he kills Brie, or allow him to execute her before killing him to obtain both weapons. This revolver has increased Crit Chance the further away a target is hit with a headshot, making it deadly at long range when compared to other revolvers. Additionally, Ol’ Reliable has a +200% Headshot Damage Multiplier, +50% Crit Damage, and +25% Armor Penetration.

CrimeStopper

CrimeStopper is a highly modified pistol that deals extra damage to cybernetic limbs, slowing enemies and increasing Critical Hit chance. Crit Chance is also momentarily increased when the weapon is equipped. The pistol has an additional +85% Headshot Damage Multiplier and +50% Crit Damage.

Mancinella

  • Weapon Type: Power Revolver
  • Location: Received from Mr. Hands during the gig “Run This Town.”

Mancinella is another highly powered revolver with a chance to poison enemies with each headshot. Stealth Damage will also be retained upon entering combat with this weapon equipped. Mancinella also has +200% Headshot Damage and +25% Armor Penetration.

Other/Random Weapons

Sparky

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Iconic Weapons Sparky

  • Weapon Type: Power Sniper Rifle
  • Location: Increased Criminal Activity Area in the South of Dogtown.

Sparky is a missable Power Sniper Rifle that players can find once they have cleared the Southern-most Criminal Activity area. The gun is in a case in the far room, along with a large cache of Militech equipment. The rifle will fire electric rounds whenever a headshot lands, and also comes with a +250% Headshot Damage Multiplier and +50% Armor Penetration.

Agaou

  • Weapon Type: Axe
  • Location: Looted from the enemy boss in the Increased Criminal Activity area in Luxor High Wellness Spa.

Agou is one of the strongest Axes in the game, and possesses a special ability that emits a shockwave when a throw lands a Critical Hit. This shockwave can affect multiple enemies at once, almost acting as a grenade in addition to a melee weapon. The axe also has +125% Headshot Damage, +25% Armor Penetration, and +30% Shockwave chance.

Raiju

  • Weapon Type: Tech Submachine Gun
  • Location: Acquired by completing the Increased Criminal Activity Area near Kress Street.

Raiju is a heavily modified pistol which operates as an SMG, with additional penetration for obstacles as well as increased Crit Chance. The weapon has exceptional handling, in addition to a +100% Headshot Damage Multiplier and +33% Crit Damage.

Kyubi X-MOD 2

This grisly but highly effective weapon is located in a remote area surrounded by severed body parts and bin-bags in what can only be assumed to be the setting of some kind of cartel execution. The weapon has a chance to panic enemies, as well as +30% Burn Chance, +20% Bleed Chance, and +50% Armor Penetration.

Scorch

Sorch is a powerful pistol that can be charged to produce shots which burn enemies for bonus damage. Each enemy shot while burning will recharge the pistol. Scorch has a +150% Headshot Damage Multiplier, +50% Armor Penetration, and +20% Burn Chance.

Gwynbleidd

  • Weapon Type: Two-Handed Sword
  • Location: Given to players who own both Phantom Liberty and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on Steam. Will appear in the player’s Stash in their player-home.

The legendary Gwynbleidd makes an appearance in the Cyberpunk universe, carrying over from CD Projekt Red’s flagship Witcher series. This massive sword deals considerable melee damage at a large cost of Stamina, and has a special ability granting extra damage against bosses.

Alabai

  • Weapon Type: Power Shotgun
  • Location: Found randomly in airdrop crates.

Originating from Tektronika, this shotgun was part of a line so powerful they were banned due to humanitarian concerns. The weapon has a special burn ability, which multiplies with every successive enemy affected by it. The shotgun also has a high ammo capacity of 10 shots per clip, and comes with +85% Headshot Damage, +25% Armor Penetration, and +10% Burn Chance.

Taigan

  • Weapon Type: Power Revolver
  • Location: Found randomly from airdrop crates.

Taigan is another banned weapon that will inflict unique burns upon enemies. Like Laika and Alabai, this weapon can be found by unlocking the various airdrops that will fall around Dogtown. The revolver has +150% Headshot Damage and +50% Armor penetration, with a +40% Burn Chance.

Laika

  • Weapon Type: Tech Revolver
  • Location: Found randomly from airdrop crates.

Laika is yet another of the banned Tektronika series. It offers the same burn effect as Taigan and Alabai, and can be found the same way. This modified revolver has extremely high damage output and +150% Headshot Damage, with +50% Armor Penetration. Laika also has an exceptional +66% Burn Chance.

Order

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Iconic Weapons Order

  • Weapon Type: Tech Double-Barrell Shotgun
  • Location: Purchase from the Black Market Vendor at the Petrochem Station in Dogtown.

Order is a highly modified shotgun with the ability to vaporize enemies when charged above 66%. Despite being quite slow to fire and sometimes tricky to handle, few weapons offer such devastating output. Order has a +50% Headshot Damage Multiplier with +100% Armor penetration and a +10% Shock Chance.

Pizdets

  • Weapon Type: Smart Submachine Gun
  • Location: Loot from Boris Ribakov during the gig “Spy In The Jungle.”

This highly modified SMG has a custom silencer and will increase the chance of Critical Hits the longer it is fired. Players can also link their Cyberware to enable Smart Targeting. Pizdets comes with +85% Headshot Damage and a 1.2 second lock-on time.

Rosco

  • Weapon Type: Power Revolver
  • Location: Looted from Dodger at the end of the gig “Waiting For Dodger.”

Rosco is a very high-damage revolver which will immediately neutralize any enemies that are shot in the leg first and then the head. Hitting enemies who are downed will also grant increased Crit Damage. Rosco has a +150% Headshot Damage Multiplier, +25% Armor Penetration, and +50% Crit Damage.

Baby Boomer

  • Weapon Type: Two-Handed Club
  • Location: Found during the side gig “Dazed and Confused.” Convince Tool that he is a clone to unlock the reward.

This powerful customized baseball bat increases Crit Chance with every successive hit. Baby Boomer has quite mediocre stats when it comes to damage output, and offers only +25% Armor Penetration, +11% Bleed Chance, and +11% Stun Chance.

Hercules 3AX

  • Weapon Type: Smart Assault Rifle
  • Location: Found in the Armory during the side gig “Roads To Redemption.”

The Hercules 3AX is a highly modified assault rifle that has a chance to poison enemies. On top of that, enemies killed by the Hercules have a chance of exploding in a pool of acid and causing damage to other enemies. The 3AX comes with a +50% Headshot Damage Multiplier, +25% Armor Penetration, and +20% Poison Chance.

Carmen

  • Weapon Type: Power Assault Rifle
  • Location: Given to players by Paco during the side gig “Balls To The Wall.”

Carmen is a unique assault rifle that does bonus damage to limbs. It also offers increased Damage, Bleeding, and Weapons Handling while running, sliding or jumping. Carmen has 100% Headshot Damage and 50% Armor Penetration.
