- Hiring Female Customer Service
- Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
- The ideal candidate must be fluent in the Kuwaiti dialect and passionate about the fashion industry, especially Abayas.
- Industry: Fashion (Specializing in Abaya)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Kuwaiti dialect is a must.
