Supply Chain Planner
Job Description
- Job title: Supply Chain Planner
- Department: Supply chain
- Reports to: Supply Chain Head
Role Profile:
- The Supply Chain Planner position is responsible for specific planning processes for all Item categories managed by ERMG Supply chain at various levels of granularity and time horizons.
- The Supply Chain Planner maintains inventory and availability levels by utilizing the planning and replenishment system tools available, producing periodic supplier forecasts completing detailed analysis of information gathered from the supplier base, and communicating effectively across through the appropriate channels.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- Create and execute an optimized Planning cycle for the Procurement team
- Ensure system transactions required to support replenishment activities are completed
- Manage and maintain central inventory at agreed levels to prevent excess inventory and out-of-stock situations
- Produce inventory and availability updates every week with appropriate actions
- Highlight potential out-of-stock or stock risks in advance and liaise with internal teams to create action plans
- Manage the execution of new products into central distribution – and owns the Phase IN Phase OUT process
- Create, review, and communicate supplier forecasts to agreed timescales
- Creates, and reviews Supply Purchase Budget for a 3-6 months horizon, and shares with Finance for alignment
- Build and enhance strong working relationships with key internal teams – Warehouse, Central Kitchen, Logistics, Procurement, Cost Control, and Brand Ops
Knowledge:
- Educated to University Level
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- End to End Supply Chain experience preferably in the food industry
- Comprehensive understanding of MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experienced user of major replenishment planning software solutions in ERPs

- إنشاء وتنفيذ دورة تخطيط مُحسّنة لفريق المشتريات
- تأكد من اكتمال معاملات النظام المطلوبة لدعم أنشطة التجديد
- إدارة وصيانة المخزون المركزي عند المستويات المتفق عليها لمنع المخزون الزائد ومواقف نفاد المخزون
- إنتاج تحديثات المخزون والتوافر كل أسبوع مع الإجراءات المناسبة
- تسليط الضوء على مخاطر نفاد المخزون أو المخزون المحتمل مسبقًا والتواصل مع الفرق الداخلية لإنشاء خطط العمل
- إدارة تنفيذ المنتجات الجديدة في التوزيع المركزي – وتملك عملية الدخول والخروج
- إنشاء ومراجعة وتوصيل توقعات الموردين وفقًا للإطارات الزمنية المتفق عليها
- إنشاء ومراجعة ميزانية شراء الإمدادات لمدة تتراوح من 3 إلى 6 أشهر، ومشاركتها مع قسم المالية لتحقيق التوافق
- بناء وتعزيز علاقات العمل القوية مع الفرق الداخلية الرئيسية – المستودعات والمطبخ المركزي والخدمات اللوجستية والمشتريات ومراقبة التكاليف وعمليات العلامة التجارية
معرفة:
- حاصل على تعليم جامعي
خبرة:
- يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في دور مماثل
- خبرة في سلسلة التوريد الشاملة ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة الأغذية
- فهم شامل لـ MS Office مع معرفة متقدمة بـ Excel
