A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed which four-star characters will appear on the phase 2 banner of the ongoing version 4.1. This update has already introduced a new character named Neuvillette who is currently available as part of the Limited Character Banner.
Neuvillette is joined by another Genshin Impact five-star character, the popular Pyro polearm user Hu Tao who has received her second banner re-run. The two are joined by a decent four-star lineup that includes the Electro bow user Fischl, the Cryo support Diona, and the Hydro sword character Xingqiu.
Genshin Impact‘s recently held Special Program event has confirmed that the second part of the update will feature the Cryo catalyst user Wriothesley and the Anemo support Venti. A credible Genshin Impact leaker named vississ has apparently revealed more information about the four-star lineup that will be featured in the second part of the ongoing update 4.1. Every Limited Character Banner in the game offers two five-star and three four-star playable units that can be acquired by spending Intertwined Fates. Four-star characters are much easier to acquire since they run on a 10-wish pity system which guarantees a drop within 10 pulls. According to the leak, Phase 2 of the current Genshin Impact update 4.1 will feature the following characters:
- Wriothesley – five-star Cryo catalyst user
- Venti – five-star Anemo bow user
- Diona – four-star Cryo bow user
- Fischl – four-star Electro bow user
- Xingqiu – four-star Hydro sword user
Genshin Impact players’ opinions seem divided by the four-star lineup. While some praise HoYoverse’s decision to put some of the game’s strongest four-star supports, others were hoping for a lineup that includes at least one of the newer characters. A lot of players already have the constellation of these Genshin Impact characters maxed out.
There is a lot of hype around Wriothesley as he will be the game’s first Cryo catalyst user. This means that he will be able to apply the Cryo element with his Normal Attacks which can be very useful in certain types of team compositions in Genshin Impact. Even though most catalyst users are ranged characters, Wriothesley prefers close combat, just like the four-star Anemo character Shikanoin Heizou.
Some fans have pointed out HoYoverse’s pattern of featuring one Archon in every update after the release of a new major region. The game’s official social media accounts have already confirmed that the Fontaine Archon Furina will arrive in 4.2 which means that Nahida and Raiden Shogun will most likely make a banner appearance in updates 4.3 and 4.4.
