A new Fortnite event looms on the island, and players are faced with the frights of Fortnitemares 2023. Not only does Fortnite bring some horror icons to the table with some new and exciting collabs, but Fortnite offers new weapons and items that could change the tides of war, and provide players with the means to claim a Victory Royale and crown themselves the King or Queen of Fortnite over it’s many seasons.

One of these important additions to Fortnitemares is the Witch Broom, which acts as a Mythic item that players can find. With this powerful tool in hand, players are able to blast off into the air, gaining the high ground on their opponents, or escaping a potentially fatal encounter.

Where To Get The Witch Broom

The Witch Broom is a random spawn, which can be found as floor loot or in chests. Players can also obtain a Witch Broom instantly if they get lucky enough to unlock and acquire the Witchy Warrior Augment, which will reduce the cooldown of the Witch Broom, so players can use it every 16 seconds. These are the only ways to get the Witch Broom in Fortnite and escape from the heists of Chapter 4, Season 4.

The Witch Broom does not send players very far, and they are fairly easy to shoot once they have shot up into the air. It’s more like a surfboard glider, as players stand on the Witch Broom, hoping desperately that their opponents aren’t too great at aiming so that they can escape. The Witch Broom has one use and can be used every 20 seconds.

This isn’t the best Mythic item that Fortnite has produced to get around the map. There are many infamous items that veterans will remember that were superior to the Witch Broom, but this item is in keeping with the Fortnitemares theme, just don’t expect it to save those in a pinch, or help craft potions.
