ACCOUNTANT, FINANCIAL ANALYST FOR IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT

1) Job Description: Accountant

Responsibilities:

• • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• • Prepare and process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• • Assist in preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• • Support budgeting and forecasting with financial data and analysis.
• • Assist with internal and external audits.
• • Collaborate with departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• • Maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
• • Participate in special projects as assigned.
• • Perform cost accounting and analyze variances.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
• • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance
• requirements in Kuwait or relevant jurisdiction.
• • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies.
• • Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.

2) Job Description: Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• • Analyze financial statements to assess performance and identify trends.
• • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting.
• • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets.
• • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• • Assist in budgeting and planning with financial insights.
• • Evaluate investment opportunities and perform ROI analysis.
• • Collaborate with various departments for data collection and analysis.
• • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
• • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or CFA/CA/CPA preferred.
• • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• • Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance.
• • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• • Adaptable and eager to learn new concepts and technologies.
• • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
• • Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
