Required jobs in yiaco company and their details:
1- Receptionist
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Adheres to established divisional and/or departmental policies and procedures and initiates action in attending to the patients as per established procedures.
- Responsible for being courteous and prompt in attending the patient, with the basic idea of “rendering service with a smile.”
- Answers queries on telephone and makes appointments for the patients, over the telephone if necessary.
- Ascertains from the Patient the physician he desires to consult and prepares required documents and appointment slip after inputting necessary information in the Computer.
- Explains financial requirements to the patients or persons responsible for the patient and collects necessary fee as per the established fee schedule.
- Verifies all insurance benefits assigned to the clinic to determine insurance coverage meets the standards as per the company and/or policy.
- Guides patients to the proper clinic in coordination with the attending porter.
- Verifies fee collected from various patients and hands over the cash to the Reception Supervisor for depositing in the Accounts Dept.
- Maintains departmental records and files, and takes care of departmental equipment.
2- Marketing Coordinator
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manages frequent integrated marketing campaigns and other plans that drive leads, build awareness, or educate the market.
- Monitors newspapers, magazines and social media as assigned with respect to competitor’s advertisements, healthcare events and news pertaining to healthcare innovations and prepares periodic reports of such monitoring activities, when required.
- Works with advertising agencies, printing houses, photographers, social media and others as assigned in the preparation and production of media-based advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Works with clinics doctors, nurses and clinic supervisors to encourage promotion of the company healthcare clinics and its services.
- Maintains appropriate and consistent relationships with corporate partners and medical organizations in Kuwait for promotional support.
- Participates in the preparations and arrangement of clinics promotional functions such as exhibits and conference, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Scheduling social media posts as per the requirements
3- Pharmacist
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
- Compounds, labels and packages medications and pharmaceuticals
- Advises patients and family on use of various medications including dosage, side effects and composition.
- Ensures secure storage of narcotics and other controlled substances on a regular basis.
- Checks stock on a regular basis to identify and reorder outdated stock and ensure that stock is maintained in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
- Assists in preparing required reports by compiling information.
- Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshop.

الوظائف المطلوبة في شركة ياكو وتفاصيلها:
1- موظفة استقبال
مسئوليات الوظيفة:
- يلتزم بالسياسات والإجراءات القسمية و/أو الإدارية المعمول بها ويبدأ العمل في التعامل مع المرضى وفقًا للإجراءات المعمول بها.
- المسؤول عن التعامل مع المريض بأدب وسرعة، مع الفكرة الأساسية وهي “تقديم الخدمة بابتسامة”.
- الرد على الاستفسارات عبر الهاتف وتحديد المواعيد للمرضى عبر الهاتف إذا لزم الأمر.
- التأكد من المريض على الطبيب الذي يرغب في استشارته وإعداد الوثائق المطلوبة ونموذج الموعد بعد إدخال المعلومات اللازمة في الكمبيوتر.
- يشرح المتطلبات المالية للمرضى أو الأشخاص المسؤولين عن المريض ويجمع الرسوم اللازمة وفقًا لجدول الرسوم المحدد.
- التحقق من جميع مزايا التأمين المخصصة للعيادة لتحديد ما إذا كانت التغطية التأمينية تلبي المعايير وفقًا للشركة و / أو السياسة.
- يرشد المرضى إلى العيادة المناسبة بالتنسيق مع الحمال المعالج.
- التحقق من الرسوم المحصلة من المرضى المختلفين وتسليم النقود إلى مشرف الاستقبال لإيداعها في قسم الحسابات.
- يحافظ على السجلات والملفات الإدارية، ويهتم بمعدات الإدارة.
2- منسق التسويق
الدور والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة الحملات التسويقية المتكاملة المتكررة والخطط الأخرى التي تعمل على جذب العملاء المحتملين أو بناء الوعي أو تثقيف السوق.
- مراقبة الصحف والمجلات ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي حسب التكليف فيما يتعلق بإعلانات المنافسين وأحداث الرعاية الصحية والأخبار المتعلقة بابتكارات الرعاية الصحية وإعداد تقارير دورية عن أنشطة المراقبة هذه عند الحاجة.
- يعمل مع وكالات الإعلان والمطابع والمصورين ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وغيرهم حسب التكليف في إعداد وإنتاج الحملات الإعلانية والترويجية القائمة على الوسائط.
- العمل مع أطباء العيادات والممرضات ومشرفي العيادات لتشجيع الترويج لعيادات الرعاية الصحية الخاصة بالشركة وخدماتها.
- يحافظ على علاقات مناسبة ومتسقة مع الشركاء من الشركات والمؤسسات الطبية في الكويت للحصول على الدعم الترويجي.
- المشاركة في إعداد وترتيب الفعاليات الترويجية للعيادات مثل المعارض والمؤتمرات وما إلى ذلك.
- راقب قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي لمعرفة اتجاهات الصناعة.

3- صيدلي
الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

- المركبات والملصقات والعبوات والأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية
